He also had worked for a company specializing in the production of air duct systems and held the role of shop manager; responsible for the operation of an 80,000 square foot manufacturing facility with responsibilities that included customer relations, inventory control, maintenance and facilities, manpower, material acquisition, and production scheduling. In both positions he excelled in research and data collection, two skills that have been useful in his appraisal career.
When not at work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and being in the outdoors. He has been married to his better half, Christie, since 2009. They have two wonderful daughters, Autumn and Adalyn. Favorite family activities include camping, trips to the beach, and cooking/baking together. Kevin’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, basketball, golfing, and watching sports. While the University of Michigan remains his favorite school, he has enjoyed cheering for UCF in recent years.
