Career Summary
Prior to joining Edge Realty Advisors, Mr. McClanahan worked at CNL Securities Corp, a leading alternative investment management firm with over $10 Billion in AUM. There he served as an Internal Wholesaler, working with financial advisors in the state of Texas to raise capital for various non-traded funds within CNL’s portfolio, such as CNL Healthcare Properties I&II (REITs), CNL Growth Properties I (REIT), CNL Growth Properties II (Private Placement) as well as Corporate Capital Trust I&II (Business Development Companies). Prior to his time at CNL Securities he worked at Charles Schwab as a Sr. Relationship Specialist where he was the primary contact for 30 independent wealth management firms with AUM totaling $2.7 Billion. During his time at Schwab he earned his FINRA Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 licenses.

Mr. McClanahan is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
